How to "Run As..." through command line??
It's very simple and easy..

GO TO Start >> Run >> Type cmd >> and Type runas /user:MachineName\AdminUserName ApplicationName.exe>> Press ENTER
Then type Password for that User
For Domain it should be;
GO TO Start >> Run >> Type cmd >> and Type runas /user:Domain\AdminUserName ApplicationName.exe>> Press ENTER
Then type Password for that User
